What’s Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing art that uses the life force energy to heal and balance the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. This healing art is an effective delivery system. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”.
In the late 19th century Reiki was developed by a Japanese master named Mikao Usui, and his tradition and methods were passed on through Japanese-Hawaiians. It has attracted attention as an alternative medicine worldwide, and is incorporated into medical insurance coverage in the US and UK.

Using Reiki
The ability to use Reiki is given via an attunement or initiation. Once attuned, Reiki is easy to use and the ability will never leave you. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Using Reiki will bring you benefits for wellness, self-growth, clarity of mind, and heightened intuition in life.

Reiki Workshops
Reiki workshops are held on regular basis. The aim is to have a fresh and clear mind and spirit through meditation, energy works and experiencing Reiki. You will let go of the negative emotions you get in daily life, and connect with your beautiful vibrations to live the moment being fully yourself.
